Rise and Speak is an amazing Signature program developed by Mitch Austin.

If you are looking for a healing experience, or a personal growth experience then Rise and Speak is for you.

Students will learn to craft an authentic message from their own internal medicine for
the world.

You will learn to tune into their heart frequency in the delivery of the message as
well as some tried and true speaking techniques to manage stage fright and craft a clear 13 – 15 minute message to perform on the student speaking night.
